NEW RESOURCES
Counting on Faith:
A Pilgrimage Through Math and the Bible for Primary, Junior and Intermediate
The purpose of this resource is to provide educators with an
opportunity to share a pilgrimage through the Bible with
students, demonstrating connections to the five main
Ontario Math curriculum strands. Educators have the
chance to determine how to use this resource in a way that
best suits their classroom based on two delivery options.
Closing Gaps in Literacy
A "Choose Your Own Adventure" Teacher Resource for ENG1L
|
This resource equips teachers of Grade 9 locally developed English with ready-to-use, project-based lessons designed for locally developed classrooms. By targeting transferable skills, like critical thinking, creativity and entrepreneurship, global citizenship and sustainability, and collaboration, these lessons help students build the confidence and competencies they need for school, work, and community life.

Write from the Start:
Engaging K-3 Students with Explicit Writing Instruction
|
Write from the Start is designed to support educators in Kindergarten through Grade 3 in developing strong foundational writing skills in young learners through explicit, intentional, and responsive instruction. Aligned with the Ontario Language Curriculum (2023) and rooted in the values of Catholic education, this resource offers sample lessons that blend research based strategies with real-world and faith-filled learning opportunities.
Each lesson in Write from the Start is thoughtfully designed to provide a rich and developmentally appropriate experience in early writing instruction. |
