- Examine practical issues: budget, whether the Faith Day is Board or school organized, where to find time during the school year for staff professional development, possibilities for staff to attend conferences

- Present to staff the Ongoing Adult Faith Development Plan for the year

- Implement plan
- Allocate time at staff meetings for teachers who have attended conferences to report and distribute resources which might be helpful to colleagues
